I probably talk too much about yoga and the fact that I’m training to teach, but it is a wonderful part of my life and has given me renewed energy and vigor in every aspect of my world.
Next week I am grateful for the opportunity to practice teaching with a fellow trainee, Camille Marchese — a friend who is as beautiful outside as she is inside (and the creator of those amazing energy bars that I’ve raved about). And a humongous thank you to Emily Clausi, estudio owner and inspirational teacher, for this chance to practice among friends in a warm, familiar, environment…where it all began for me.
So you may not hear from me as often while I hone the sequence, timing, playlist, and get psyched up to do my best. Not that you are going to miss anything life-altering! Tidbits about cookie butter, my children’s artwork and other talents (Aidan and Conners met in the finals of a tennis tournament today, by the way), quinoa, crazy sexy diet, and other yummy news will take a back seat.
Perhaps I’ll be inspired to write drafts and let them sit and simmer as real writers do, coming back to fine-tune and craft coherent, entertaining, and informative pieces for my 17 followers. 🙂 Or, the eclectic mix of stream-of-consciousness posts will continue until I find my blog mojo.
Thanks for being here, regardless. Time to dive in strong.
Sister, I am happy to be one of your 17 followers, as it has been a natural place for me to be our whole lives. And I am very proud of how much you have learned through your yoga practice about healthy living in all aspects of life. I hope to find that same mindfulness in the year to come. Enjoy your training–I can’t wait to participate in one of your classes someday.
I love you, sweet Corinne. And I’ve been following you, too, you should know. You are a strong, smart, beautiful, and incredibly fun person. And I miss you. Thank you for the encouragement.
Enjoy your yoga bliss and know that I will look forward to seeing what your blog mojo brings, whenever that happens 🙂
Oh Bella, you inspire and motivate me to write from the heart with your every post. Especially today. You are a gift, and I thank you. Bella yoga someday! — Lisa
