Feeling the need to strengthen my immune system and amp up my leafy greens today, so I whipped up a sweet (but healthy!) variation of Kris Carr’s Green Guru Smoothie. Little Blair sucked it down, too.

Whole avocado, frozen banana or two, green apple, whole cucumber, 3/4 cup blackberries, 6 leaves kale, jigger of flax seed oil, couple good splashes of pure coconut water, nice sprinkling of nutritional yeast (complete protein, adds B12), and scoop of Arbonne vanilla protein powder (thank you, Missy Nigro).
