Love it! You brought me back to my own childhood! I don’t think we used helmets back then…and come to think of it, I’m not sure we even wore our shoes! Thank you for this light-hearted post!
I can totally see you, Gail, wild and free — look, Ma, no hands!
Some days call for a little lift and lightness; yesterday was one of those days. xo

Cute! I remember one day when all 4 of my kids were still pretty young, the youngest probably about 5 at the time, and we got all suited up to go ride bikes. I was like mamma duck with her ducklings following…then not even two minutes into the ride I got too close to some bushes and drove right into them, falling over and off my bike! The kids sure thought that was funny! I say, enjoy the time you have…it flys by!
I can picture it (in an understanding, been-there-recently kind of way) and can imagine the laughs your jaunt into the bushes provided. It’s nice when we laugh together and relate in that way, too, rather than always being the heavy, i.e. suiting everyone up, reminding to eat the veggies, and riding about homework.
Thanks, Mary. 🙂

LOVE THIS! the real question of the day…… how many WHEELS are in the O”Brien garage.
Jenn: I hold my breath as they luge down the driveway! Wheels; we’ve got ’em — as you’ve seen…lots of hand-me-downs keep us rolling. 🙂
What could possibly go wrong?? lol looks fun tho!
